| if your system is under warranty, you know it is. try this evil plot to have help with it. when you call again, hoping this is a short waiting time. if the person answers and sounds like they are in india, (yes, ballywood land) tell them that they were told o call back and ask for a supervisor, you were to not to speak or tell anyone your information, you want a supervisor NOW..... once you are on the phone with a supervisor, tell them the problem, and tel them you have the reciept for your computer. they will have the time to help you. but when makingthe call, cross your fingers you get someone in north america, even me in the US, I like the canadians. |
