Just got off the phone with their support people. Got a computer here that's under warrenty still and has a bad LCD. Phone tech looked up serial number and tells me that the computer is out of warrenty of course. Then goes on to tell me to fax a copy of the proof of purchace to, get this, the warrenty updation department. blink f4ing what? I asked him three times what he said then told him that that was not a real word. He stopped for a sec then told me that update would be fine.
