I have an odd problem. I hope someone can shed by JustnCase 2004-10-22 11:40:32
light.

I have a server running windows 2000 server. On this server I have a script (perl) that wont run correctly. All it does is FTP to another server and grab a file.

I just connected to the server via a windows share and ran the same script on my desktop machine (windows 2000 pro) and it ran beautifully!

The FTP port is open on the server and NET::FTP is installed properly in perl.

When it runs it gives me the correct messages about connecting and downloading sucessfully, but no file.

Can anyone think of a reason that this script will not download the file?
