People who drive slow in the fast lane by SnArL2004-10-22 08:55:58

Because people are misinturpreting what I am saying.

Firstly I think people that drive at excessive speeds in traffic deserve the Darwin award. Over 80mph in rain? Darwin. Over 30 in a 30 zone? Jail. Over 85 on the motorway? Darwin. I don't like speeders.

Secondly If the lady braked with good reason, such as an armadillo in the road or someone changing lanes in front of her. Fine she did exactly what she should do.

If she braked because she saw someone close behind her then she deserves more driving lessons and maybe a physics lesson or two. Tailgaters cause accidents but people who brake because they have someone up their A4 also cause accidents. Just because someone else is in the wrong it doesn't make it ok for you to be in the wrong either.


And btw, in this situation, if I was that lady. I would have stuck to my safe speed and waited until it was safe for me to pull into another lane to let the guy pass.
