g. Lynching was done from the nearest tree, not from a gallows. Two: Those people who went into the yard should be arrested at least for trespassing, if not for willful destruction of private property. In Forida fences are considered the same as no trespassing signs (by the law) and anybody that goes through (or over) them without permission of the property owner can be immediately arrestd for trespassing
