That's a ridiculous law.

What if a cow walked in front of me? If I didn't brake for the cow, I'm sure to trash my vehicle, and probably cause more accidents as my car spun out of control.

Hitting a moose here in Canada is a guaranteed way of demolishing your vehicle.

Cameras attached to our cars: impractical. Too easy to circumvent.
