which could have killed the guy in the car behind him or in the cars he was overtaking and then tells people not to be morons?

I agree tailgating is dangerous, whoever does it should be taken of the road as soon as possible, BUT:
-risking the life of others just because someone else does is stupid
-you can tap the brakes in such a delicate way, that your lights come on but your car doesn't slow down.
-if someone else is stupid on the road it's not your job to teach a lesson! You have to do your best to ensure nothing happens. Then call the cops if you have to but don't use your car as a weapon!
