Given that she likely had all of a tenth of a second to react in, it is understandable that she made the wrong choice. Changing lanes wasn't an option since in a tenth of a second you will not register the presence of a motorcyclist, and for all we know she can't do 120 (in fact very few cars can)

Road rules include a way to make sure people have the time to react properly. This is why you don't drive at 120mph (That's 192kph for those who prefer that scale) - to allow other drivers to note your presence and respond correctly.
