that if it offended them, they could at least have contacted the owners. At least thats how it's done around here, anyway. Second, they should have been informed that it was made by a child for halloween, and that it's been done for years (not the hanging bit, but the frankenstien's monster part). Also, isn't old frankie a bit green around the gills (as well as the rest of his face)? Personally, I think they (the vandals) should have at least talked to the owners before doing what they did.
