driving on a street with a speed limit and someone approaches with a speed that's the double of the normal max, it's quite understandable if you can't react properly! I mean, I'm doing ~95 mph on a quite regular basis, but that's on a Autobahn without a speed-limit so people will know others might be approaching fast. And changing in the middle lane to overtake someone on the right is really stupid, imo...
