Sweden you are "supposed to" get into the slower lanes if a faster moving vehicle aproaches behind you, that or speed up and then get out of the way. For example, how did she know that he wasn't driving with a seriously wounded friend in the car? Or a pregnant woman? Here in Sweden those are acceptable excuses to do some serious speeding, if ambulance or police escort isn't available "in time", that is.
