...after starting a low carb (South Beach) diet. I know that when my blood sugar crashes I become MegaB4. But right now I have a lot more energy and am almost giddy. My normal personality type is more like "Daria," but one of my clients said to me over the phone, "You always have such a great attitude..." I haven't been naturally sunny since I was six or so. It's just very, very odd. 'course this will change in a couple weeks when I get PMS, Want Chocolate, and can't have it.
