Software recommendation needed (3D drawing) by Control 2004-10-22 01:50:10
It's once again time to commence the search for a tool capable of doing what I need to do. Here's what I need:

- 3D viewing of polygonal objects (wireframe or transparent).
- Import/Export of something readable (aka, not binary) so that I could pausibly write a convert script for it. Best would be the ability to just import csv of x,y,z coords
- Possibility of moving and rotating the individual objects, not just the point of view.
- If warping or shearing of objects in 3d is possible that's even better.

OS is either XP or SuSE 9.1 (in this case XP is preferable). If anyone has ever used something that can do all this, then please give me a heads up
