I noticed this as it always takes me ages to get round to installing Flash; until I do, some of the adverts show up as jigsaw pieces. Some of the front-page adverts have grown the adblock tab (NOTE: I use adblock to block egregiously obnoxious ads; it's there so I can not get migraines from excessive flashing colours, not to let me freeload), showing them to be Flash (pure images just get an option in the right-click menu). You may well wish to have a word about this... I know I'm not alone in utterly detesting Flash adverts...
