he pointed to where the car was, so I turned to look and couldn't see anything. he said it was where a vehicle was backing out, but I couldn't see that either. I didn't see anything looking like a tow truck or anything that a vehicular locksmith would normally come in. I may have been looking in the wrong place, but I thought I looked at all the parking lots on the various corners around the intersection... I also found it rather incredulous that when an English speaking person called for a locksmith, they'd send out someone who only speaks Korean... and what that had to do with needing money.
