Not sure which part of my post you're referring to. My own experience with unofficial employment (I don't know if any illegal aliens were involved or not, specifically) was a situation where there certainly were also legal employees of the same company. I'm sure there are cases where that is not true, but in many cases I would think that would draw suspicion, if a company has NO employees officially on the books...
