I was rather surprised to see cracked beige paint over one outlet when I knelt down and gave it a close look. I then checked the others and they're all painted - all in different colours, too. Adding to the fun, all the outlet covers are different styles/colours, and all the outlets are at different distances from the floor. The joy of an old house.
