She runs a stop sign in a town with X number of people, hits a car containing an ex-boyfriend, was going a speed that's been smudged into unreadability somehow where the rest of the report was not, and walks away from the situation without so much as a blemish on her driving record.

I sense powerful connections are at work here.

However, I don't think that at this late date she should be suffering from a dumb error she made when she was a 17 year old. Heck, I don't even think GWB's National Guard record should be an issue right now.
