But I guess if I sucked at research, I'd take the electronic research course*, since that would be beneficial across the board. The advocacy class would be really interesting, but research is the foundation for advocacy....
Second list... gack, can I carry 24 hours? ;) Here I would probably take Negotiations, since more cases are resolved before going to trial than in trial itself. Both the IP classes and the Internet Law class look very interesting. But, they're not bar courses and the content can be picked up in CLE courses later. Can't say the same about landlord/tenant, but...ick. :)
*major caveat would be: who's teaching this and the rep of the class, since these can either be the best research class you've ever taken or crap. |
