Gah. What is this flinking Opera problem????? by AG_wyvern 2004-10-21 13:23:08
Okay, so I loaded XP a while back (a month or so?) and reloaded all my apps, including Opera.

Opera's been working fine (I like the mail client, that's why I've stayed with it) until the last couple of days.

The problem is the same one I was getting before loading XP... my cursor will go spontaneously nuts, jumping around the screen, activating anything it touches. If I hit ESC a few times, I usually get control back. Of course, by that time, Opera is closed and other things have been activated. Gah.

I've used NAV, Spybot, and AdAware. No problems found.

Any ideas on what is happening?

Now, whenever this happens, I *think* I have us.cnn.com or userfriendly on one of the pages. Could it have anything to do with the pop-ups at cnn or the animations at userfriendly?

I'm confoozled.
