That's what stalwart Republican newspaper the Tampa Tribune calls its decision to not endorse George W. Bush in the upcoming election. Here's a thought: If it is possible to damn someone with faint praise, then can you praise someone with faint damnation? Their refusal to endorse John Kerry either, toward the bottom of the editorial, seems a bit weak to me.
