If Bush is elected, we're guaranteed the same s4. In fact, maybe worse, since Bush doesn't have to worry about being re-elected for a third term. Kerry may have some of the same ideas, but he'll be working to keep Americans happy so he can get that important second term. Keeping Americans happy right now means a fight against terrorism, but doesn't necessarily mean a new war. It also means having a good exit strategy for Iraq. KS
