That

1) This is a problem for your wife (in the hypothetical situation), but your original question involved whether it was a problem for you; thus whether it's a problem for your wife is not relevant. (And the original problem didn't state that the wife knew there was that possibility, so I didn't assume that.)

2) If I have a brain tumor in twenty years, will I know *for certain* that not having bought orange juice would have prevented it - even assuming that my wife was aware of the possibility? I don't think, at that point, I would worry that much about what could have been done, if anything, to avoid it; I would be concentrating on how I was going to either live with it or get rid of it.
