Link (Salon.com) - as an outside observer, this worries me almost as much as some of the other stuff I've seen come to light, like the incredibly poor electronic voting machine security - Kerry is now talking about the 'war on terror' and proposing solutions that could end up just as bad for US citizens and the rest of the world as Bush's ideas. I guess in some ways he's trapped into this if he wants votes by the hype around it, but can't _somebody_ visible say that the whole concept of a 'war on terror' is intellectually bankrupt?
