They have at least a handful of people dedicated to the fish department, one of whom is an unbelievable wealth of information and very experienced fish owner. We have been very impressed so far. They have been very thorough in questioning us about our tank before selling us any fish, and one time when we brought in an unacceptable water sample they wouldn't sell us anything until our we fixed our water (that was when we were still cycling our tank).
