It is just hyped-up, promotional BS; and should not be taken seriously by anyone. And like any other merchandising campaign, they are allowed to suggest and imply almost anything, as long as they don't tell outright lies.
Having said that, I will also say that I think it is too bad that the process of electing our president has so much of Madison Avenue in it, and so little focus on the issues that matter; like where each candidate thinks our country should be heading in the next 4 years.
Shame on both parties, and shame on the people who would be swayed by a flyer with all the serious content of a shampoo commercial.
