I've not seen an IPF (Invalid Page Fault, IIRC) recently, but I'm getting a lot of "$APPLICATION has attempted to address memory location 0x00000004 bla bla bla..." errors, which are fatal for the offending application, but don't appear to destabilise the OS. Before blaming the software, I've seen it in MSVS 6 and InstallShield, as well as several other big-name commercial packages.

As for BSOD, I've seen one or two since switching to XP Pro, and a friend claims to have seen three distinct types of BSOD while setting up a WinXP preview or demo or somesuch in the store he worked at when XP first hit the shelves.
