Cisco switch question by Kickstart 2004-09-24 13:35:26
Does anyone know the command to show the mac address of a switches own interface?

I've got two switches, with one connected to the other (ie. our switch, then a client's switch connected to it via an RJ-45 cable). On our switch, I'm trying to identify all the mac addresses listed in 'show mac-address-table'. I've got all but one, which is the mac address I suspect is for the interface of the client's switch.

When connected to the client's switch, I want some command that will tell me the mac address of the port connected to our switch, for verification.

Thanks,

KS
