question about customer requests by evilsysadmin 2004-09-24 13:27:40
I had a customer request/insist/demand that when I set up his netowork
1. Share out the root of the server partition.
2. All users use same username
3. All users have full access (administrator group)
I know that this is horribly bad, and that this is not the way to do it, but despite all the things I have told him this is what he demands we do.
If i set it up this way I know it will come back bad on me or on him in the future.
I am thinking I will have him sign something that says that I have told him about the risks and that he wants it this way anyhow.
How would you guys handle this?
