. . . and a team effort. Geeks that we were, we had a tcl/tk app that we used to vote on a location to go for lunch,
one day a week. A colleague, quite understandably, took time off for a honeymoon, following his wedding. As he had
been a big fan of our regular outings, we cooked up some cock-and-bull story about an argument that had more-or-less
killed the whole thing. I hacked the app, accordingly, to dislay a "sorry" message, and, about thirty seconds later, to
start playing the theme from "Welcome Back, Kotter", on his $WEUSEDTOMAKEGREATCALCULATORS orkstation. So,
during lunch, the day before our usual outing, we convinced him the whole thing was deep-sixed, even showed him he
modified app. He was somewhat upset, and more-or-less vowed to see to it the problems were worked out.
Of course, when he heard the recording start, he realized he'd been hacked.
