Prime Minister Allawi of Iraq said:
"Today we are better off, you are better off, the world is better off without Saddam Hussein," in his address to the U.S. Congress on Thursday.
It is a long process and positive changes need to be made, but a world where a sadistic dictator isn't ruling a country has its good points.
It is also probably safe to say that the insurgents hate most all freedom-loving countries, the US more than most, and that most likely means you, me, Mr. Bush and Mr. Kerry.
Let's just hope for and keep pushing for positive changes to improve the situation for the people of Iraq.
