When the security council get's bigger the right to veto should be reduced. At least that for example at least two countries have to veto. Otherwise there will be even less chance of a resolution beeing passed. And with our "little tiny" army doing their job in Kabul and the Balkan, and seeing that we are the third biggest contributor to the UN budget I would say yes.
