| Yes, they may have lost a contract, I admit that. But 60% of the people are Microsoft Certified...being that the previous job we had was supporting Windows 98/ME and some XP and a few (15) supporting pro space for NT and 2k. We kicked their (other call centers) butts until SBC's henchmen (accenture) made it so hard not to fail a call that we became in essence as average as the other call centers. Criky, we even had SBC's Tier two and the Advanced Solution Department, who ARE in house, tell us on many occasions, "Thank god we got Tucson"...but alas, the CEO needs a couple more mil in bonuses and until customers tell SBC to go play with themselves and he leaves while the company burns trying to get us back. |
