I think I may have overdone it with the habeneros though, is five too much for 7 four ounce jars? >:) I preserved them so I will have a supply for the winter. :) This is my first try at preserving. Lets hope they come out ok and I don't get botulism(sp?). I think I am going to go to bed soon, on my new bed. :) My cat seems to be afraid of it so maybe I will get the whole thing to myself for a couple of days. :D
