| ... they didn't want me back on a permanent basis. That felt pretty crappy. OTOH, I'm still earning some money to stay alive on doing contract work for them and should continue to do so for the next couple months. I really need to find a more permanent job.
I'm still bitter about the incident that sparked me to leave, but at least the anger is winding down to a simmer. I still love the mission, but I can't get over some of the choices the management made (like refusing to pay for health insurance for Starflower). |
