That's one of the things that the system utility I gave her is designed to do. I've also reset her Recycle Bin to 5% of drive space rather than the default of 10%. I can try to back up some of her files to floppy or CD -- but the real monster seems to be that swap file. If what I've read is true and fixed-setting the swap file can solve this problem, this would still mean that the swap file is about 1.5GB since I've read that it should be set to about two or three times the size of the RAM.
