Right. You are the one who seems shocked, shocked that Kerry didn't immediately rouse the Senate to action, but not at all bothered that Bush continued to read to the kiddies and then to have several publicity photos taken well after knowing for certain the US was under attack.

We can't know whether or not Kerry saw it live, he may have, but you stated "40 minutes" as if it were unquestionable, which is absolutely untrue. We also can't know for certain how long or how much Bush knew of the situation before he was told of the second plane.

Is it really spin to point out that he should have been aware of numerous hijacked planes? Is it spin to point out that he undeniably did know the contents of those PDBs and CIA reports, that he also knew there was evidence of something in the works all summer, that planes were a known potential weapon, and that Al Qaeda was known to have wanted to attack?

Why is all that spin, but another unsubstantiated low blow against Kerry is fair play?
