Danger Den is probably the most popular block on the market, I am unsure about the radiator, and it is supposedly much more entertaining to make your own resevoir. One guy used a bottle from sugar-free Bawls (a clear bottle).
I agree that that is definitely cool, but when I have the funds for a wc system, I'm going to do it piecemeal. Check out the forum tied to the hardocp site. I'm not linking, because despite how hard they try, it just isn't as clean as here. If nothing else, check out the case modding section to see some truly elaborate setups.
