I went through the VPN setup wizard to see if it would reset whatever setting might have been messed up. It mentioned adding users to the Mobile Users group, so I added myself and my boss. I just got home and tried the VPN. I tried pinging the other servers, and for each server I tried, the first packet responded, and all further packets get lost. I didn't try to ping the other servers immediately yesterday, so I don't know if going through the VPN setup changed anything. At this point, I doubt it.
