What was Bush told when he was interrupted in the classroom? "A second plane hit the second tower. America is under attack." Was he aware of athird plane? Would those five to seven minutes really have made a difference? Having personally handled in flight emergencies I can assure you they would not have. Contingency plans should have been in place and those responsible for carrying them out would have been able to act on authority lower than the President. I find it highly unlikely Kerry was referring to a replaying of teh second hit based on his words chosen. But then again his words change every two weeks or so.
