aren't. Are you claiming that one of your observers can see a pin standing after they have all been knocked down? Otherwise, all the observers will agree on that Truth. Even if someone doesn't agree, the Actual position of the pins determines the truth vale of the question anyway, regardless of what the observers may say.
Why do I care (in this) what is Relevant to someone else? The pins are there. Their positions are available to be observed. If they are all down, then the Truth is that they are all down.
Definitive answers are not hard to come by for some questions, and whether all the bowling pins are knocked down or not is an easy question to get a definitive answer to.
Now, if you ask whether the 2 pin is behind the 5 pin, That answer is relative to the position of the observer. if you ask whether it is closer to the far end of the lane, that question is Not relative to the observer, and, while some observers may not be able to determine the answer from their current position, they could do so by walking down the lane and checking (unless, of course, the are too close to the same distance to tell).
