I get paid for overtime, but it's the same as my standard pay as my employer has a cap on overtime pay rates. Up until my last raise, I only got $0.30/hr more for OT. Now I get nothing extra. After my next payraise (expected in another 2 years - not counting cost-of-living raises) I'll actually get less if I take pay for overtime. I'm better off taking comp time then.
