I helped a w*rkmate demonstrate a web-based program to some of our vendors at a conference held this week. She did the acutal demo and I helped by answering a few questions. Then I got to teach them how they had to get to the web site that's in our internal protected network. I actually drew a picture on the whiteboard that described how a VPN worked. At the end of the presentation, I had one of the vendors come up to me and say, "Since I saw your drawing, all the conversations are now crystal clear." I think I actually communicated.
