When I was young(er), I used to get the same thing - mosquito and sandfly bites would swell up to ridiculous sizes, and really hurt. You have my sympathy. :/ I'd have to side with the other posters and suggest you get some after-hours medical help, though - for your own comfort, if nothing else.
