At least in the context of knowing both position and velocity of an object, nobody can be 100%
right, and everyone is at least slightly wrong. That's what we get for living in a universe with
built-in "error bars".
I'm not being entirely tongue-in-cheek, here, as Planck's constant limits observation--and thus,
perception--to the effect that *nobody* can perceive *anything* perfectly.
