I've already been p*ssed off at them for making me deal with tech support people in India who don't have a firm grasp of the english language and whose accents are so thick I can't understand a thing they're saying (and they can't understand what I'm saying). I've also already informed SBC that at the end of my DSL contract (which unfortunately isn't until next August) I won't be renewing with them, but the reason for that was horrible customer service from someone who sounded american, so I can't blame that one on outsourcing... though it's possible she treated me so poorly because she was stressed due to the likelihood of losing her job to overseas outsourcing...
