Especially if they're that large and getting larger, or if you're having general swelling and puffiness (I'd be surprised, with that level of reaction, if you were not swelling). You are having an allergic reaction to the insect bites, and it can be categorized as "severe." This is serious. Seek medical attention, especially if this is the first time you've had this level of reaction to bites. You do not want to go to bed tonight and not wake up in the morning because your throat swelled shut.
