It may of may not be relevant to anyone, but it is there. There is an underlying Truth value to anything. (Some people assign religious properties to that, but I don't.) It is what we would all see if we could see past our perceptions, biases, and various limitations.
If a tree falls in the forest, and no one is there to see, it is still True that the tree fell. It doesn't suddenly aquire Truth when somone happens along and notices that it has fallen. |
