Spaghetti code has nothing to do with straight through coding vs. procedural coding. It has to do with code that has no easily followed flow. You can quite easily make spaghetti code with procedures since you have to try to follow the execution throuh 5 levels of undocumented procedures that may be in different files to figure out what the fargling thing does!

Of course, the easiest way of creating spaghetti code is through wild use of goto's but that is completely different.
