Looking for a light, secure, general purpose by hadji 2004-09-22 13:05:45
scripting host for a W2K server. I've already tried VB Script (not because it was secure, simply because it was built-in) and when I write code according to documentation (even when I copy and paste from Microsoft's own examples), stuff doesn't work.

So now on to something else. I've heard that ActivePerl is very buggy and not worth much. What about python or some such?

This will be going on a Windows 2000 domain controler, so it needs to be relatively lean and secure.

Danke.
